About The Role

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Working as part of a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

About You
