Avanade España is actively recruiting Business Development Executives to originate opportunities and win new business in complex consulting and technology environments. You will shape transformation agendas across cloud, data, AI, and digital platforms, bringing industry insight, consultative selling, and the strength of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Develop new business with clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Technology companies, telecommunications, media, entertainment, digital platforms and connectivity-led organizations.
Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI and intelligent operations.
Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring relevant, industry-focused solutions to market.
Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
Stay close to market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities shaping the sector.
