Fever is seeking a Growth Senior Analyst to spur Fever’s expansion across up to 40 countries. You will independently drive high‑impact global analytics projects, design end‑to‑end solutions, and manage multiple initiatives across departments to boost performance and growth.

You will combine data analytics with business strategy, collaborating with teams across markets, leveraging SQL/Python, and communicating insights to influence strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data analytics or Strategy-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to influence strategic decisions.

The Role

As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do

• In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Being a Growth Senior Analyst at Fever means working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.
• Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
• Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills
• Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact
• Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.
• At least 3 - 5 years experience in a business analytics role.
• A high level of English is required. Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
• Proactive problem‑solver and an opportunities‑seeker
