Product Pulse is seeking its first dedicated Paid Acquisition Manager to scale customer acquisition in the US market. You will own TikTok Ads and other performance channels, testing and optimizing campaigns while driving CAC/ROAS improvements.

Formación

• 4–8+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Hands-on expertise with TikTok Ads is mandatory.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets.
• Strong DTC/B2C acquisition background.
• Excellent analytical skills and startup pace mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale TikTok paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage significant paid media budgets.
• Develop testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS and LTV; optimize daily.

A fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup (approximately 20 employees) is looking for its first dedicated Paid Acquisition Manager to help scale customer acquisition in the US market.

The company develops AI-powered financial technology products for consumers and is entering an exciting phase of growth.

The role

You will own paid acquisition across performance channels with a strong emphasis on TikTok Ads, driving customer acquisition while continuously testing, optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Working closely with founders and leadership, you’ll have significant autonomy and direct impact on growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale TikTok paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end
• Manage significant paid media budgets
• Develop testing frameworks across:
• creatives
• audiences
• offers
• landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize CAC, ROAS and LTV
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and channels
• Analyze data and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives
• Build scalable acquisition processes as the company grows

Requirements

Must-have:

• 4 to 8+ years in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition
• Hands-on expertise with TikTok Ads (mandatory)
• Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets
• Strong DTC/B2C acquisition background
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven track record scaling paid campaigns profitably
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Fluent English
