Proton is seeking a Growth Manager to join the Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead. You will drive activation, conversion, and adoption for Proton Pass across product and marketing, executing in-product experiments and campaign delivery with a hands-on approach.

This role is focused on building execution experience across the full growth stack, from onboarding flows to upgrade prompts, in a fast-paced, privacy-first environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing.
• Experience in both PLG (product/funnel experimentation) and traditional marketing execution.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth, activation, and retention for Proton Pass across marketing and product.
• Design, launch, and analyze in-product experiments (onboarding, nudges, upgrade prompts) with product/engineering.
• Support acquisition in owned and paid channels; brief marketing and track performance against targets.
• Optimize conversion on landing pages, upgrade pages, and key funnel touchpoints with design and content.
