Proton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin at our Barcelona hub. You will shape product strategy at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data, and Design, driving engagement and freemium revenue.

You will own roadmaps, define metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to ship user-loved experiences while scaling to mid-market and enterprise segments. Hybrid work with office-first culture applies.

Formación

• 6–10 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS.
• Analytically rigorous with data-informed decision making.
• Experience in product-led growth and freemium models.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to critique designs.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Experience building or scaling B2B product lines.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the roadmap for Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin.
• Own key metrics: active usage, engagement, retention, revenue, and B2B conversions.
• Identify and ship new features expanding value and defensibility.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, growth, and marketing.
• Define scaling strategies including infrastructure and engagement platforms.
• Drive market research and customer feedback loops to ground decisions.
