Proton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Proton VPN in the B2B market space, working at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data and Design to shape features from scratch for a new market. You will collaborate with R&D, Security, Back-End teams and other stakeholders to drive a strategic vision and measurable outcomes.

You will drive product innovation, define success metrics, and ensure value creation over time, while aligning on the roadmap and execution across teams.

Formación

• 7–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.
• Proven track record of launching major features in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic, analytical, data-driven mindset with a history of delivering on time.
• Strong empathy for customers and a user-centric mindset with high UX standards.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on, capable of contributing to technical decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Computer Science degree with specialization in Security is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of Proton VPN in the B2B market space from scratch.
• Define strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B aspect and ensure value delivery over time.
• Drive product innovation and build features expanding value for new user segments.
• Set success metrics for adoption, activation, and retention.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, growth and marketing.
• Lead execution, remove blockers, and coordinate across multiple teams.
