GRAM is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to shape and scale our European operations. You will own inventory, forecasting, procurement, and logistics with hands-on involvement across sourcing, production planning, and supplier relations.

You will coordinate with Finance, Marketing and Engineering to ensure product changes land correctly, manage complex imports from Asia, and drive continuous improvement in lead times and costs.

Formación

• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement or logistics management within manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Imports and container logistics experience from Asia, including customs clearance.
• Strong command of ERP systems and Excel for demand and inventory analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage stock levels balancing availability and holding costs, avoiding shortages or overstock.
• Forecast demand from sales trends and market data to guide procurement and production plans.
• Process, track and drive purchase orders to fulfilment.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers and carriers and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate container imports from China with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Handle customs clearance documentation and compliance for imports.
• Manage special orders beyond standard processes (high quantity, customisations, special shipments).
• Maintain master data across systems for products, suppliers and prices.
• Plan production capacity for efficient flow of goods.
• Select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost and lead times.
• Lead supplier quality audits, non-conformance, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgeting and cost controls.
• Liaise with Marketing and Engineering on product changes and landings.
• Manage phase-out and phase-in of products including inventory liquidations and launches.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who improves the process, not just runs it: someone close enough to the operational detail to catch problems before they become delays, with real ownership across sourcing, logistics and production planning.

What You'll Own

• Inventory control — Keep stock levels balanced between availability and holding cost, catching issues before they become shortages or overstock.
• Demand forecasting — Read sales trends and market data to predict demand and feed accurate procurement and production plans.
• Purchase order management — Process, track and chase purchase orders through to fulfilment.
• Delivery control — Hold suppliers and carriers to delivery timelines and conditions, and solve problems as they come up, not after.
• Inbound and outbound logistics — Coordinate the flow of raw materials and goods in, and finished products out.
• Container management for China orders — Coordinate imports, track containers, and work directly with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Customs import management — Manage customs clearance for goods from China: documentation, compliance, timely release.
• Special order management — Handle the orders that fall outside standard process: high-quantity requests, customisations, special shipments.
• Master data maintenance — Keep product, supplier and price list data accurate and current across systems.
• Production planning — Manage production planning and capacity for a consistent, efficient flow of goods.
• Supplier management — Select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost and lead time.
• Supplier quality management — Own audits, non-conformance management and corrective action follow-up.
• Finance coordination — Budget, control and plan supply chain-related expenses jointly with Finance.
• Marketing and Engineering coordination — Communicate product changes to suppliers and ensure they land correctly.
• Phase-out and phase-in management — Coordinate product discontinuation (inventory liquidation, closing supplier commitments) and new product launches (availability, lead time and quality from day one).

Who We're Looking For

Track record over tenure. Minimum 2 years in at least one company, with growing responsibility along the way.

Stock and international suppliers. Hands-on experience managing physical inventory and working with suppliers abroad. Sourcing experience in Asian countries is a strong plus.

Close to the operation. You know why the container is delayed or why a supplier missed a spec. If you've moved into people management, it's a recent step, earned from an individual contributor role in a small team.

AI-first in practice. You already use AI tools to forecast, analyse and solve problems faster, and can show us how.

On top of that, we need:

• Experience: 4+ years in supply chain, procurement or logistics management, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.
• Sourcing knowledge: Proven experience managing imports and container logistics from Asia, including customs clearance.
• Technical skills: Strong command of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus) and Excel for demand and inventory analysis.
• Key competencies: Strong negotiation and supplier management, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing and Engineering.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
