Job summary

Novicap is a leading fintech delivering end‑to‑end working capital solutions for SMEs. The Head of Growth will own the Micro‑SME segment’s go‑to‑market, building direct, partner, and platform routes while ensuring sound unit economics and credit quality across Spain.

You will lead a data‑driven growth engine, partnering with Marketing, Product and Data to iterate quickly, test strategies, and scale funded loans, with a hybrid work setup in Madrid and Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in growth, GTM, marketing, or partnerships for digital B2B serving SMEs.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end growth ownership with cross-channel budgets.
• Proven multi-channel execution across direct, partner, and platform channels.
• Builder mindset with ability to establish scalable processes and roadmaps.
• Strong data analytics with funnel metrics, dashboards, and rapid iteration.
• Understanding SME credit, automated decisioning, and risk management; GDPR knowledge.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Micro-SME Loans growth plan and quarterly strategy.
• Build three routes to market and run fair tests with budgets.
• Synchronize with Product to remove friction in application-to-funding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Data to optimize funnel.
• Monitor funnel weekly by route and channel; report results to CEO monthly.
