Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Product Manager for Loans in Barcelona to build their SMB loans product from zero to one. You will own the roadmap and KR s, uncover SMB credit needs through continuous discovery, and shape underwriting with Risk.

You will integrate AI into credit guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Growth and Marketing to deliver each launch. Join a high-growth fintech expanding across Europe, with a focus on empowering small and medium businesses

Qualifications

• Zero-to-one launches: taken products from idea to market in regulated space.
• Strong interest or experience in lending/credit decisions.
• Experience applying AI to product decisions.
• Ability to navigate risk and compliance independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and KR s for the Loans squad from idea to launch.
• Investigate SMB credit pain points and run discovery experiments.
• Define underwriting and decisioning criteria with Risk.
• Explore AI-enabled credit guidance within regulatory frame.
• Collaborate with credit platform, Risk, Compliance, Growth and Marketing to launch.
