De'Longhi Group Spain is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our Integrated Media strategy across Paid, Earned, and Owned media for assigned brands. You will collaborate with Brand Managers, PR agencies, and creators to maximize ROAS and market share.

You will analyze media performance, optimize campaigns, and support E-commerce and CRM initiatives to boost digital ROI and brand visibility.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on Integrated Media experience (Paid Social, Search, Influencer Marketing, PR)
• FMCG or Consumer Electronics background valued
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute paid media campaigns for assigned brands, optimizing ROAS and CPA.
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing across nano, micro, and macro creators and oversee paid amplification.
• Track campaign performance using GA4 and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage press communications, product seeding, gifting, media events, and native publisher partnerships.
• Provide local support to ensure promotional assets align for CRM campaigns.
