L'Oréal is seeking a Multidivision Search Media Manager for CDMO in Spain & Portugal. You will shape the media strategy, build the strategic roadmap, ensure technical excellence, and capitalize on AI search solutions to grow across all Search touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, media agencies, and stakeholders to maximize campaign impact and drive brand growth in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the One Search strategy across divisions, enabling an integrated paid search, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Search and LLM environments.
• Drive AI and next-gen search growth to improve website visibility in must-win territories.
• Institute clear KPIs and standards for search performance, including SEA and SEO-to-GEO initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Media teams to translate brand priorities into effective Search activations and manage agency relationships.
