De'Longhi Group Spain is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive an integrated media strategy for assigned brands. You will collaborate with Brand Managers, PR/media agencies, and creators to boost visibility, optimize media ROI, and support local initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in integrated media and analytics, expertise in GA4, Meta/TikTok/GAds, and a data-driven mindset. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on Integrated Media and Analytics experience.
• FMCG or Consumer Electronics background valued.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and business English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute paid media campaigns (Social, Search, Programmatic, Display) to optimize ROAS and CPA.
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing across nano to macro creators; adapt campaigns locally; manage community and paid amplification.
• Track campaign performance with GA4 and dashboards; run A/B tests; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead press communications, product seeding, influencer gifting, media events and partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Provide local E-Commerce and CRM support; align assets for promotions and CRM drops.
