L’Oréal in Madrid seeks a Multidivision Search Media Manager for CDMO in Spain & Portugal to shape media strategy, build the strategic roadmap, ensure technical excellence, and capitalize on emerging AI search solutions to drive business growth across all Search touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Media agency, and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated paid and organic search activations, develop best practices, mentor the team, and influence how the brand competes in the

Strategic thinker with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

Define and lead the One Search strategy across divisions, integrating Paid Search, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Search and LLM environments.
Drive AI-powered search growth and capitalize on new paid media opportunities.
Partner with Marketing and Media teams to translate brand priorities into search activations.
Act as the key SPOC for media agencies across Paid and Organic Search.
Promote adoption and best practices within the Media CDMO team.
Develop relationships with Zone & Global media colleagues to share best practices.
