ALTEN Spain is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid role from Barcelona/Madrid. You will develop product and service oriented strategies, and work with the technical team to implement them.

You will identify weaknesses within the organization, explore ways to increase customer satisfaction, and participate in specialized training and development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
