Kenomic is seeking a Junior Marketing & Growth Associate in Madrid who is motivated, curious and passionate about their work. You will collaborate with the founders and the wider Kenomic team across marketing, content, growth, product launches, partnerships and events.

This hands-on role involves creating content for social channels, supporting campaigns and ecosystem growth, coordinating with designers, tracking performance and helping with conferences and investor materials.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or related fields.
• Excellent written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills; comfortable with social media.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Interest in AI, Web3, fintech, blockchain or emerging technology.
• CET timezone is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, X, newsletters, blog and other channels.
• Help translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content.
• Support product launches, announcements, partnerships and ecosystem campaigns.
• Help manage Kenomic's social media presence and content calendar.
• Create basic visual content and coordinate with designers when needed.
• Research trends, competitors, protocols, ecosystems and relevant industry conversations.
• Support community and ecosystem growth across blockchain networks and partners.
• Help prepare marketing materials for conferences, accelerators, partners and investors.
• Support the team before, during and after industry events.
• Track marketing activity and performance to understand what is working.
• Experiment with new formats, channels and growth ideas.
• Jump in wherever the team needs support to get something across the finish line.
