Job summary

Atomic One, a Málaga-based AI-powered marketing tech company, seeks a Senior Marketing Leader to own growth strategy and revenue. You will direct paid and organic channels, lead a marketing team, and collaborate with founders to scale to multi-million-dollar revenue. Hybrid work in Málaga is required, with Spain work eligibility.

You will manage partnerships, leverage AI tools, and drive product-led growth through freemium-to-paid funnels, building a robust demand engine.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing, 3+ in senior/leadership roles.
• Proven scaling of a B2B SaaS or tech to multi-million revenue, as head of marketing or senior team member.
• Hands-on scaling paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok.
• Strong demand generation and partnership with Sales.
• Experience with product-led growth or freemium-to-paid funnels.
• Business acumen, data-driven with storytelling instincts.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Native-level English.
• Based within commuting distance of Málaga, with right to work in Spain.
• Nice to have: Amazon/eCommerce experience, AI product marketing, Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and tie decisions to revenue goals.
• Define how Atomic One wins in a crowded market against agencies/ SaaS tools.
• Lead paid and organic growth across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and SEO.
• Build a predictable demand engine with Sales from first touch to close.
• Drive product-led growth by promoting free tools to paid users.
• Develop partnerships, affiliates and referrals across the Amazon ecosystem.
• Turn customer results into case studies and sales assets.
• Lead and grow the team, agencies and freelancers; own budget & KPIs.
• Leverage AI tools to make marketing faster and AI-native.
