Job summary

HappyScribe, a profitable bootstrap AI company based in Barcelona, is hiring a Head of Organic Growth to turn our audience into customers. You will own organic growth strategy, budget, and team in a builder's role at scale.

You will set the roadmap across SEO, AI search, conversion, and content; grow multilingual SEO; win AI search; and drive conversions across channels, with leadership over the content, outreach, video team and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience driving revenue from organic channels in SaaS.
• Ability to set and communicate a clear roadmap for SEO, AI search, and content.
• Proven international SEO experience across languages and markets.
• Hands-on with data analysis, crawls, and basic coding; can brief engineers.
• Leadership with ability to ship and raise AI level in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth metrics: new customers, leads, and revenue.
• Set a single roadmap for SEO, AI search, content and channels.
• Grow SEO across languages and markets.
• Win AI search results and be the authoritative answer.
• Improve landing pages, signups and conversion through testing.
• Turn channels into customers: blog, YouTube, links, PR.
• Launch experimental channels and prune non-viable ones.
• Lead the content, outreach, video team and agencies.
• Maintain a weekly scorecard and review with founders.
