Rover, Inc. in Barcelona seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team. You will partner with Rover’s Operations to drive initiatives that define, measure, test and improve customer experience programs and product developments.

The role reports to a Barcelona-based Analytics manager, with colleagues in Barcelona and Seattle. This is a hybrid position based in Poblenou, requiring two days/week in the Barcelona office (Mondays and Thursdays) or relocation to Barcelona.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team in Barcelona. You will partner closely with Rover’s Operations org, driving initiatives and supporting analytics towards furthering Rover’s customer experience. This is a high-visibility role involving direct collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders to define, measure, test and improve the success of customer experience programs and product developments. A key component of this position will be providing product analytics support for our Bookings Confidence team, which aims to tackle customer service improvements through product developments.

The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who comfortably translates ambiguous business challenges into clear questions, deep analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive action.

You’ll be joining an international team, reporting to a Barcelona based Analytics manager, with colleagues and stakeholders split between Barcelona and Seattle. This is a hybrid role: we're in our Poblenou office two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays), so you'll need to be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
