Job summary

Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a Groups & Events Trainee to assist the Groups & Events team in managing group requests and supporting event organization, ensuring experiences reflect our brand standards. You will help with proposals, negotiations, and contract processes, coordinate with on-site teams, and use Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office daily to keep pipelines and databases updated.

This role offers an internship with accommodation, two days off per training week, and an internship

Qualifications

• Experience in events coordination or hospitality is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to group inquiries from first contact to confirmation.
• Prepare proposals on time and keep the sales pipeline organized.
• Coordinate event logistics with venues, AV, catering, and transport.
• Support the contract process until signed and handed to operations.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth events.
• Join site visits, meetings, and sales presentations as needed.
• Maintain databases and reports; use Delphi, Opera, and MS Office daily.
