Job summary

Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a Front of House Trainee to support guest services in a luxury setting on the beautiful island of Ibiza. You will greet guests, assist with VIP recognition, manage guest profiles in the PMS, and help ensure seamless arrival experiences while coordinating across departments.

This internship offers exposure to high standards, brand guidelines, and a collaborative team environment dedicated to wellness and exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Beneficial experience in customer service roles such as receptionist or concierge.
• Familiar with luxury hotel standards and guest service expectations.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work cross-culturally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome experience.
• Maintain VIP recognition information for suite guests.
• Input and update guest information in the PMS for future stays.
• Address guest complaints and suggestions promptly and log for follow-up.
• Identify service gaps and upsell opportunities to enhance revenue.
• Coordinate guest transfers and pre-arrival familiarization.
• Work across departments to meet guest requirements.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
