Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Groups & Events Trainee to support the team from enquiry to event delivery. You will help with client communications, record-keeping, and event documentation, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless experiences.

The program runs 6 to 8 months with a February–March 2027 start, offering insights into luxury groups & events operations and Forbes-standard service expectations.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience desirable.
• Outgoing and proactive personality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Groups & Events team in daily operations from enquiry to event execution.
• Support client communication, record keeping, and event documentation.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
