Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Groups & Events Trainee to assist the team in daily operations, coordinating and following up on groups and events from enquiry to delivery.

You will work with multiple departments, communicating with clients, maintaining records, preparing event documentation and supporting meetings and tours. Program length is 6–8 months, starting February–March 2027, based in Ibiza with EU eligibility.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• An outgoing and proactive personality, with organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Groups & Events team in daily operations, coordinating and following up of groups and events from enquiry through to the event.
• Support client communication, maintain records and prepare event-related documentation.
• Assist with meetings, property tours and event preparations.
• Work with different hotel departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of events.
