GE Vernova seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee the post‑commissioning lifecycle and long‑term service portfolio for Grid Systems Integration (GSI). • Coordinate spare parts, logistics, and inventory management across sites.
• Interface with customers post‑handover to manage expectations and identify service expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver service activities safely and efficiently.
• Promote GE Vernova’s EHS and quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

As a Lead Project Manager, you will manage the post‑commissioning lifecycle and long‑term service portfolio for Grid Systems Integration (GSI) infrastructure. You will oversee project closeout activities and the delivery of Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSA), spare parts, and maintenance support, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timely service delivery. Working with autonomy, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Closeout: Lead the final stages of GSI projects, including HVDC, FACTS, and EPC turnkey sites. Drive punch‑list resolution, final documentation, customer acceptance, and project handover.
• Services Lifecycle Management: Manage LTSA delivery, including preventive maintenance, field service interventions, technical support, and ongoing customer requirements.
• Financial & Contract Management: Manage service contract and closeout financials, including Budget 0 analysis, revenue recognition, invoicing, cost control, contract variations, and claims. Maintain a strong understanding of contractual technical and commercial requirements.
• Spare Parts & Logistics: Coordinate the end‑to‑end spare parts process, including demand planning, procurement, delivery, and customer inventory management.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary customer interface post‑handover, building long‑term relationships, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Work closely with the GSI team to ensure accurate contract and budget analysis.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including field service engineers, logistics, and technical specialists, to deliver service activities safely and efficiently.
• EHS, Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with GE Vernova’s EHS, quality, and integrity standards. Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement across service and project delivery activities, with the authority to stop work where significant safety or quality risks are identified.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/business field.
• Experience managing service contracts, project closeouts, or technical service operations, preferably within the energy sector.
• Customer‑facing experience with strong stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage SLAs, multiple workstreams, and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel as required.

What will make you stand out

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP/PMI or equivalent).
• Knowledge of HV infrastructure, particularly HVDC, FACTS, and EPC turnkey power systems.
• Experience in Services and Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSA).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Experience in international, multicultural environments; additional languages are a plus.
