Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Greek-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive outbound calls promoting Google Ads products. The role is contract, hybrid, and based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, with a focus on the Greek market and bilingual English/Greece communication.

You will use a CRM to manage leads, build the customer base, and track interactions while collaborating with a dynamic team in a tech-forward environment.

Qualificações

• Greek language at C2 and good English (oral and written).
• At least 14 months of sales experience with customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Proficient CRM experience for tracking customer interactions and sales processes.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Solid business acumen and ability to improve operations.
• Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented.
• Greek market knowledge and understanding of Greek business culture.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
