Job summary

TP Spain in Barcelona is looking for a driven sales professional to promote services to the Greek market. You will make outbound calls, build a growing customer base, and keep CRM records up to date to support sales execution.

The role is full-time and hybrid, offering a base salary of 21.080€ gross per year plus up to 3.720€ gross per year in bonus, relocation support, private health insurance, and ongoing sales training within a dynamic team at the World Trade Center, Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Greek language at C2 level and strong English.
• Approximately 14 months of sales experience with customer interaction.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with some supervision.
• CRM experience and ability to track interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Monitor competitors and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
