Job summary

Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona seeks a proactive sales specialist for the Greek market. You will make outbound calls, manage customer data, and expand the client base in a tech-oriented environment.

Fluent English and C2 Greek are required, with 14 months sales experience. This full-time hybrid position offers 21,080€ gross per year plus up to 3,720€ gross per year in bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Greek market knowledge and understanding of Greek business culture.
• Familiarity with key sectors in Greece and identifying opportunities.
• Strong Greek communication, formal and informal contexts.
• Understanding of Greek business language and terminology.
• Knowledge of Greek business regulations and data privacy basics.
• 14 months sales experience with customer interaction.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.
• CRM experience to track interactions and sales steps.
• Proactive, team player and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create and maintain a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up with clients.
• Monitor competitors’ products and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
