Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona seeks a results-driven sales professional to target the Benelux market. The role includes outbound calls, CRM-driven customer management, and building a robust customer base while ensuring follow-up and stakeholder engagement.

Multilingual ability is a plus, with emphasis on Dutch (C2) and English proficiency. The position is hybrid in Barcelona, with relocation and ongoing sales training offered.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 level; English skills required.
• 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to use CRM tools to engage customers and drive sales.
• Ability to manage tasks autonomously and hit goals without constant oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Business acumen with ability to understand complex environments and make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to perform competitor analysis and provide insights for strategy.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Manage and update a customer database with complete information.
• Build and consolidate customer base; record call history and responses.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up and engagement.
