Revolut is seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager to lead roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll start with rotations in regional markets and then channel-focused work with branding, media buying, events, and partnerships.

Expect fast-track development after successful probation, with opportunities to impact growth across diverse markets. You’ll collaborate with local marketers to adapt global campaigns, analyze KPIs, and craft compelling storytelling.

Formación

• Fluency in Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian.
• Graduate in 2024 or 2025 from a top university.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling skills and data/analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from June 2026.
• Nice to have: internship at Tier-1 strategy consultancy or investment bank.
• Nice to have: knowledge of the retail banking industry.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with local marketers to adapt global strategies to local markets.
• Develop forward-thinking marketing strategies across campaigns (Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, Sziget Festival).
• Leverage KPIs and data to influence growth decisions.
• Stay ahead by exploring industry trends and new channels.
• Create comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
• Support initiatives across regions and channels to drive growth.
