Revolut Ltd. is seeking a world-class Product Marketing Manager to lead the crypto marketing roadmap and drive strategies that promote crypto products, build trust, and bring features to life for customers.

You will shape long-term strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver campaigns across channels with creative excellence. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, customer insight, and a strong track record in consumer marketing within a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company)
• A passion for Revolut’s products
• Expertise in setting strategic direction and managing complex go-to-market campaigns
• Strong track record in consumer marketing and knowledge of channels (in-product, digital, PR)
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into campaign strategy and product development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic, people-person who can work in an international environment

Responsabilidades

• Create long-term marketing strategy across channels for crypto products
• Design data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast and deliver projects
• Extract actionable marketing insights from feedback loops to inform strategy
• Understand customer needs and how crypto products function in core and expansion markets
• Shape launch strategies for new crypto features with cross-functional coordination
• Brief creative teams and develop audience strategies, crafting value propositions
• Build cross-functional relationships to bring new products and campaigns to market
