Revolut Ltd. seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive profitability through loyalty product adoption and engagement. You will lead upgrade strategies and build a high-performing marketing plan focused on customer lifetime value.

You will work across markets to shape loyalty initiatives, ensuring messaging supports the brand and resonates with diverse customer segments in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Experience in B2B or B2C product/brand/consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving premium product adoption.
• Knowledge of loyalty markets and competition in fintech/payments.
• Ability to set strategic direction and manage GTM campaigns with cross-team input.
• Proven track record of generating original ideas while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Immerse in understanding customer needs and loyalty products globally using data-driven insights to shape strategy.
• Design loyalty product marketing strategy across channels from positioning to campaigns.
• Craft compelling value propositions and narratives with creative teams to bring them to life.
• Orchestrate product launches across markets with consistent messaging and positioning.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications to maximize awareness and adoption.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimize conversions.
