Apex Group is hiring a Governance & Oversight Analyst to join the Central Oversight team in delivering services across Luxembourg and Irish markets. You will monitor SLAs, review KPIs, and support provider due diligence while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely client delivery.

The role offers exposure to diverse fund structures in a global business, with emphasis on accuracy, deadlines and cross‑jurisdictional work. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Academic background in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Legal or equivalent.
• Professional experience in fund accounting, depositary or audit.
• Knowledge of European Regulator Investment-Products (nice to have).
• Excellent communication, analytical and client-oriented skills.
• Proactive, motivated and eager for new challenges.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English; French and/or German is an asset.

Role: Governance & Oversight Analyst

Role Summary:

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day delivery of services within the Central Oversight team, with a strong focus on meeting client deadlines accurately and on time. You will be responsible for monitoring SLAs, managing deliverables, and ensuring Management Companies meet their regulatory obligations. The position offers hands‑on exposure to a broad range of investment fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, particularly within the Luxembourg and Irish financial services markets.

Job specification:

• Monitor and oversee third‑party service providers (administrators, transfer agents, depositaries)
• Review fund accounting data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support due diligence activities and ongoing provider assessments
• Help identify potential risks and escape where needed
• Assist in preparing reports (e.g. management information, financial statements)
• Track issues and follow up with service providers until resolved
• Participate in regular calls and occasional on‑site reviews with clients/providers
• Contribute to improving processes, controls, and oversight frameworks
• Support the team in ensuring high‑quality, timely client delivery

Skills Required:

• Academic background including in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Legal or comparable studies
• Professional experience in the area of (fund) accounting, depositary or audit
• Knowledge of European Regulator Investment‑Products, UCITS, AIFMD and Fund regulatory requirements (Nice to have)
• Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills with high client and service orientation
• Highly motivated, driven and focused with a desire for new challenges
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages in particular French and/or German are considered an asset.
