Apex Group is seeking an Oversight Governance Officer in Valencia to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery within the Central Oversight team. You will monitor SLAs, manage deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, with exposure to Luxembourg and Irish financial markets.
The role involves reviewing KPIs, supporting due diligence, and coordinating with providers to maintain high-quality, timely client delivery in a dynamic, global environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services within the Central Oversight team, with a strong focus on meeting client deadlines accurately and on time. You will be responsible for monitoring SLAs, managing deliverables, and ensuring Management Companies meet their regulatory obligations. The position offers hands‑on exposure to a broad range of investment fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, particularly within the Luxembourg and Irish financial services markets.
