Mimacom Iberica SLU is seeking a Technical Communications Specialist, AI Enablement to drive AI adoption through stellar documentation, internal comms, and community enablement. You will own the AI Office communication layer, producing usage guides, release notes, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

The role emphasizes technical writing with a marketing mindset, including presentations for executives, and fostering champion networks to boost user adoption across the organization.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, developer relations, product marketing, platform communications, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the documentation: create and maintain model usage guides, sanctioned tool guidance, prompt libraries, onboarding journeys, and enablement materials.
• Run internal communication: develop release notes, announcements, newsletters, knowledge-base content, and executive presentations for diverse audiences.
• Create events: organize lunch-and-learns, brown-bag sessions, demo days, internal AI showcases, and community activities.
• Tell adoption stories: identify AI implementations, convert them into case studies, and translate metrics into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Drive change from the inside: uncover adoption barriers, address skepticism, and communicate successes and lessons learned.

Are you a technical communicator who combines the precision of a writer with the engagement skills of a community builder? We are looking for a Technical Communications Specialist, AI Enablement to help drive the successful adoption of AI across the organization through outstanding documentation, communication, and enablement initiatives. As a Technical Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that AI initiatives are understood, adopted, and embraced across the organization. You will own the communication layer of the AI Office, creating documentation, running internal communication programs, building communities, and translating technical achievements into clear and compelling stories that drive engagement and trust.

What You'll Do

• Own the documentation: You create and maintain model usage guides, sanctioned tool guidance, prompt and pattern libraries, onboarding journeys, and other enablement materials that remain useful as the platform evolves.
• Run internal communication: You develop release notes, announcements, newsletters, internal knowledge-base content, and executive presentations, tailoring the same message for technical, managerial, and executive audiences.
• Create the events: You organize and host lunch-and-learns, brown‑bag sessions, demo days, internal AI showcases, and champion community activities that keep momentum and engagement high.
• Tell the adoption stories: You identify successful AI implementations, turn them into reusable case studies, and transform metrics into narratives that resonate with non‑technical audiences.
• Drive change from the inside: You uncover adoption barriers, address skepticism directly, and communicate openly about both successes and lessons learned.

What You'll Bring

You are a technical writer with a marketer's instinct. You care that documentation is accurate, but equally that people actually read and use it. You know the difference between documentation that nobody opens and documentation that becomes the default answer in a team chat. You also bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, developer relations, product marketing, platform communications, or a related field.
• Experience working with platform, developer experience, or internal tooling teams, with a strong understanding of user adoption and enablement.
• Practical AI fluency. You use modern AI tools regularly, understand their capabilities and limitations, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate communication.
• Strong technical and written communication skills, including experience creating both detailed documentation and executive‑ready presentations.
• Community‑building and event facilitation experience, with the ability to engage audiences and develop champion networks that drive adoption.
• Very good Spanish (min. C1) and English (min. C1).

Based at one of our Spanish offices: Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona or Gijón.
