A European aviation service provider in Madrid is seeking a Performance Tools Manager to ensure effective operation of Mission Performance tools. This role requires a strong candidate with over 5 years of experience in satellite navigation and 3 years in software management. Key responsibilities include team leadership, maintaining performance tools, and managing documentation and obsolescence. The ideal applicant will possess strong software development skills in Visual Basic.Net, Python, and C/C++. The position offers teleworking, health insurance, and 29 holidays.

Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience in satellite navigation (GNSS).
• 3 years’ experience in management and development of software/tools.
• Very good level of English (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate a team of 4 for Mission Performance Tools.
• Maintain performance tools, networks, and connections.
• Manage obsolescence and guarantee of performance tools.
• Control configuration and documentation management.
• Raise and follow-up on Observation Reports.
