Wärtsilä is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead the multi-year HR Time & Payroll Transformation, spanning several countries and vendors. The role focuses on delivering a unified global framework, governance, and strong stakeholder collaboration to achieve on-time, on-scope outcomes.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, manage dependencies, risks, and budgets, and coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance leaders across regions to realize business benefits.

Formación

• Senior-level program management experience, multi-year transformation programs across multiple countries and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive levels and ability to drive decisions in complex environments.
• Experience with HRIS and Time & Payroll ecosystems is a plus (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, payroll integrations).
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a global Time & Payroll transformation program across regions and vendors.
• Coordinate multi-country delivery with internal teams and external partners; ensure contractual alignment and governance.
• Steer program governance forums, provide executive updates, and secure timely decisions and transparency.
• Monitor budget, benefits realization, and ensure financial discipline across workstreams.
