Amcor in Barcelona, a global leader in responsible packaging, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive a global Workday HCM implementation. You will own day-to-day delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination across multiple regions, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires hands-on PM experience in complex technology or enterprise transformations, strong stakeholder management, and formal PM certification.

Formación

• Proven hands-on PM in complex technology or enterprise transformation programs.
• Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong experience managing plans, RAID logs, governance and dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication across global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the integrated project plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance, RAID reviews, and Steering Committee prep.
• Drive accountability across functional, technical, testing, data, and regional teams.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, and escalations to delivery.
• Produce concise project reporting on health, risks, and key decisions.
• Communicate updates and decisions across workstreams clearly.
• Support testing, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
