Capital.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the web experience—from marketing pages to product interfaces—working with brand, engineering, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling designs for a global audience.

You will drive end-to-end design across marketing and product spaces, advocate for users through research, and develop prototypes to validate concepts while adhering to design systems and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating web design work: marketing pages, landing pages, or product interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with typography, layout, and motion.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling, high-quality web experiences reflecting our brand.
• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and web interfaces end-to-end.
• Embed user needs into designs with insights and research.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to turn ideas into reality.
• Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Define and maintain design guidelines across web touchpoints.
• Lead design initiatives, balancing timelines and priorities.
• Design user journeys to simplify complex tasks.
• Improve web performance post-launch with user-centered enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Design System team for consistency.
