Capital.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the web experience—from marketing pages to product interfaces—working with brand, engineering, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling designs for a global audience.

You will drive end-to-end design across marketing and product spaces, advocate for users through research, and develop prototypes to validate concepts while adhering to design systems and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating web design work: marketing pages, landing pages, or product interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with typography, layout, and motion.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Web team, dedicated to crafting exceptional digital experiences for a global audience. In this role, you’ll take ownership of Capital.com’s web presence — from marketing pages and landing experiences to product-facing web interfaces — working closely with brand, engineering, and product teams to bring compelling designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling, high-quality web experiences that reflect our brand and engage our global audience
• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and web product interfaces end-to-end
• Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research
• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to transform ideas into reality
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts
• Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all web touchpoints
• Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities
• Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful experiences
• Improve web performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements
• Collaborate with the Design System team to ensure consistency across all web surfaces

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences
• A portfolio showcasing strong web design work — marketing pages, landing experiences, or product web interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems
• Experience with modern web design tools such as Framer or Webflow is a plus
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, layout, and motion
• Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices for web
• Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process
• Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior
• A continuous learner, eager to grow both personally and with the team
• Proactive, confident, and effective communicator — able to present work and articulate design decisions clearly to a range of stakeholders
