Paymentology in Madrid seeks a visionary VP Client Success & Experience to lead our global post-onboarding client organization, unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations into a single function that partners with Account Management.

You will drive adoption, retention, and operational excellence with data-driven insights, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable self-service, building a high-performing, international team.

Formación

• Experience leading global Client Success, Support, or Client Operations teams.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and scale organizations.
• Experience with AI, automation, and self-service platforms.
• Strong metrics-driven approach to client outcomes.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.

• Lead global Client Success & Experience org.
• Define future-state strategy across touchpoints.
