SITA is seeking a senior program leader to orchestrate large-scale IT migrations across GEOs, coordinating with transformation offices, delivery teams, and external partners. You will plan, govern, and drive migrations on time and at scale, while managing risks and reporting progress to executives.

This role requires 5–8 years in IT/telecom or air transport tech, strong governance and stakeholder management, and a technical background with relevant certifications.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of experience in IT, Telecom, or Air Transport Industry technology.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs.
• Strong program governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and partners.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, networking technologies, and ATI-related systems.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and IT solution delivery environments.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and at least one technical certification (e.g., ASEP, TE, STE, ESE, CCNP, CCIE).
