Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and shape the future of energy through world-class learning and development.

The role focuses on developing a global training strategy, designing impactful programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences while advancing learning in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or L&D.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in developing engaging training content and materials.
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS and digital learning tools.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
  • Gather insights and analyse data to identify skill gaps and prioritise high‑impact learning initiatives.
  • Design and enhance training programmes that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
  • Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
  • Implement and optimise processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
  • Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Hands‑on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
  • Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyse feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programmes.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
