Magnera Corporation in Barcelona seeks an experienced Trade & Customs Compliance Specialist to oversee international transactions and ensure regulatory adherence across EMEIA & APAC. • Knowledge of international trade requirements and customs regulations.
• Experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate, compliant execution of customs and international trade transactions across EMEIA & APAC regions.
• Perform tariff classification of finished goods and raw materials in SAP.
• Support BTI rulings and export license applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal export control processes across locations.
• Conduct anti-corruption reviews for shipments to high-risk countries.
• Prepare audits and support trade compliance audits at company locations.
• Provide guidance and training on customs topics to colleagues across functions.
• Perform daily denied party screening using sanctions screening tool.
• Serve as Key User for the preferential origin calculation system and provide system support.
• Manage cross-site trade compliance documentation, including declarations and FTAs within the EU and UK.
