World Courier, part of the Cencora family, seeks a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist in Madrid to manage import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance across a global network of shipments. The role focuses on coordinating declarations, preparing required documentation, and liaising with authorities and service providers.

Formación

• Experience in Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Logistics or International Trade.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of TARIC and Incoterms.
• Experience handling customs clearance for regulated products is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import and export customs declarations using EDI systems and customs platforms.
• Prepare customs documentation, tariff classifications and customs valuation in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance for pharmaceutical, biological, controlled and other regulated products.
• Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely customs processing and visibility.
• Communicate with customers, customs authorities, airlines, brokers and World Courier offices worldwide.
