Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Barcelona seeks an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist to support SAP Concur rollout and ongoing operations across multiple entities. You will drive process standardization, compliance, and user adoption while collaborating with international teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Concur experience, strong T&E knowledge, and excels in stakeholder management and Excel reporting.

Formación

• Experience with SAP Concur in T&E operations, support, or implementation roles.
• Past involvement in system implementations, migrations, transitions, or process transformation projects.
• Strong travel and expense process knowledge, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities are a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the rollout and deployment of SAP Concur across multiple countries and entities.
• Participate in testing, migrations, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders for smooth transitions from legacy systems.
• Assist in process harmonization and standardization during rollout phases.
• Review expense reports for policy compliance and audit findings.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliations for T&E.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Promote best practices and drive policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate T&E processes.
• Assist in optimizing approval workflows and expense audit controls.
• Contribute to analytics initiatives to improve decision-making.
