Wallbox, a Barcelona-based leader in EV charging, is seeking a Rewards Manager to oversee global compensation, benefits, and equity programs within the People department. You will design competitive compensation structures and total rewards strategies to empower the organization worldwide.

You will benchmark salaries, administer RSUs/stock options, and collaborate with Finance to ensure pay transparency and regulatory compliance for a global workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in compensation, benefits and total rewards, international exposure.
• Experience with equity compensation and public company reward frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Global compensation architecture design across regions (EMEA, NAM, APAC).
• Administer equity plans (RSUs, stock options) and LTIP programs.
• Model and track sales commissions and performance bonuses.
• Manage international benefits and vendor relationships for health, pension, wellbeing.
• Coordinate workforce cost forecasting and pay-transparency compliance.
