David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will join as the third specialist, working with the CEO to recruit internationally with a tech focus and shape recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

The role is fully remote, globally distributed, and offered as a B2B contract. You will map top tech talent, implement AI-powered sourcing, and lead the candidate journey from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years in tech.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and explore AI agents and unconventional channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
