Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment collaborates with a fast-growing AI tech company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role is remote (Europe) with a B2B contract, reporting to leadership, and focusing on international tech recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

You will map top talent, implement AI-driven sourcing, manage candidate journeys, and lead interviews. Strong English, startup experience, and global sourcing are essential; compensation is competitive based on

Qualifications

3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Global sourcing experience with a track record from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
Perfectly fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset.

Responsibilities

Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and AI agents for sourcing.
Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
Conduct structured interviews assessing tech aptitude and cultural fit.
Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
Contribute to employer branding to position the company as a leading AI talent destination.
