You will work closely with the CEO and leaders to shape how recruitment evolves as the company grows beyond 100 employees, while enabling a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment with tech experience
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English with strong communication and collaboration
• Goal-oriented with ownership and proactive mindset
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional channels
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding and content to attract AI talent
