You'll recruit internationally across all functions, with a strong emphasis on tech, shaping recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees, in close collaboration with the CEO and business leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with ownership and hands-on mindset
• Open to feedback and thrives in a high-trust environment
• Comfortable hiring for AI/NSFW content products

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing channels
• Build and maintain relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract AI talent
